This purpose-built student accommodation is located on James Cook Drive and has a total of 62 rooms across 5 houses. Each house is differently sized and has between 7 and 11 bedrooms each with split system air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, shared kitchens and shared bathrooms.
This on-campus accommodation option provides fully furnished living areas with sofas, a dining table and chairs. Each bedroom has a king single bed, large wardrobe, study desk and chair.
Each house overlooks the lovely communal courtyard. This space is in the centre of the Townhouses and provides a great place to hang out and relax. It is complete with a volleyball court, barbeque and sitting area with lovely lawns. Other facilities include: BBQs onsite, bicycle parking, 24-hour JCU security, car parking onsite, entertainment rooms and free laundry machines.
In addition, all residents are encouraged to take part in the Residential Life program which is all about building a sense of community through social events, group activities and adventure. There are friendly sporting competitions with other on-campus residences which is a great opportunity to learn new skills, improve your wellbeing and make lifelong friendships.
