Entire place
Your tenant will have the entire house, flat or studio to themselves. They won't have to share a kitchen, bathroom or other common areas.
Private bedroom
Your tenant will have their own private bedroom, but might share common areas, like kitchens and bathrooms, with existing tenants or neighbours.
Shared bedroom
Your tenant will share a bedroom and other facilities with another person.
