Newington

Newington is a bustling student hub. With excellent proximity to the University of Edinburgh as well as a booming nightlife and many supermarkets and shops around.

A bit busier than some other areas in Edinburgh, but you’ll never get bored. Rents are also affordable which means it has a lot to offer for student living.
